Data deletion request

You can have your Socialyzer account and its data deleted at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 01

Delete it yourself

If you can still sign in, you can access, export or delete your data from your account without contacting us.

Option 02

Ask us to delete it

Email us from the address on your account and tell us you want your data deleted. If you email from a different address we may ask you to confirm ownership of the account first.

What gets removed

Your account and personal details
Access tokens for every connected social account, which are revoked
Your drafts, scheduled posts and uploaded media

Timing

Personal data is removed and social tokens revoked within 30 days.
Records we are legally required to keep for tax and accounting are retained.
