Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Socialyzer at socialyzer.net, a service operated by Fair Enough EOOD, registered in Bulgaria. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Socialyzer lets you connect social media accounts you own or are authorised to manage, then schedule, generate and publish content to them. Availability depends in part on third-party platform APIs, which can change or restrict access without notice.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, provide accurate information, and only connect accounts you are authorised to manage.

Acceptable use

You may not use Socialyzer to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harassing content; to send spam or run coordinated inauthentic behaviour; to breach the terms of any connected platform; or to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your content

You keep all rights to the content you upload and publish. You grant us only the licence needed to store, process and transmit it in order to run the service on your behalf. You are responsible for having the rights to what you publish.

Privacy and platform data

How we handle personal data - including data received from the social platforms you connect (such as Meta Platform Data), the processors we use, and how to delete your data - is described in our Privacy Policy, with step-by-step deletion instructions at socialyzer.net/delete-data.html. The Privacy Policy forms part of these terms.

Plans, trials and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Every paid plan includes a 14-day free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from your billing page and keep access until the end of the period already paid for. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give notice before changing prices.

Credits

Plans include an allowance of AI credits for generating images, video and copy. Scheduling and publishing posts never consume credits, on any plan.

Plan credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. Credits bought separately as a top-up pack are different: they do not expire and they carry over between periods. When you run an AI action, top-up credits are used before your plan allowance.

Affiliate programme

Approved affiliates earn a recurring commission on payments made by customers they refer, at the rate and duration published in the affiliate dashboard. Self-referrals, misleading claims and paid search on our brand terms are not permitted, and commissions from them will not be approved.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we are not liable for a connected platform rejecting, delaying or removing content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, and will give notice where practical.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the dashboard before taking effect.
